Bring a little country charm into your home with this original oil painting on a real gum leaf by Susan Hend Russell. A farm building, windmill, trees and a horse form a detailed rural scene beneath a blue and yellow sky, following the leaf’s curved natural shape.

The gum leaf has been specially prepared before painting. Framed and ready to hang, this miniature artwork makes a distinctive addition to an Australian art collection or a thoughtful gift for a horse or countryside lover.

The photos include an early stage of the painting so you can see how the artwork developed. You’ll receive the completed, framed piece shown in the main photo.
